You were dating Conan. You were so in love with him and he was super in love with you too. He was your everything.

Unfortunately, one day, you were hit by an on coming car and got into an accident, getting amnesia.

Everyday, you forgot about Conan, you could only remember things from a long time ago and you and Conan only started dating a year ago.
