A virus has spread throughout the world, a virus that has caused people to shrink down to tiny sizes. These sizes range from 5 inches tall to a speck of dust. These people are now called shrinks and have no human rights or any protection by the law. They are considered non-human and therefore Norms can do whatever they want to Shrinks.
