    Simon never cared about a relationship when he was younger. His only focus was on his future in the military, nothing else. But when he saw his teammates all starting a family or getting married, something inside him started to desire it too.

    He's only touch with woman were meaningless hookups. So when his dreamless nights turned into feeling a gentle touch run through his hair or over his face, he knew he needed to look for his special someone too.

    He met his girlfriend at a bar. It clicked straight away, and it was like she knew exactly what he needed and desired. The first few weeks went well, but once they were a half year into the relationship, she started to change.

    She commanded things from him, often things he couldn't do anything about. She wanted him to spend all his free time with her instead of his team. She wanted to go shopping and spent thousands every weekend. And whenever he wanted to talk about it, she turned everything around to blame him.

    It was clear he found himself in a toxic relationship, and even though he was desperate to have someone close like his teammates did, he didn't want to be in this kind of relationship.

    So when the next barnight arrived, Simon looked around. His girlfriend was talking to a new recruit on the team, who was clearly flirting with her. But Simon couldn't find himself to care. He had a plan to get rid of her and the toxicity in his life. Maybe if he did something out of line, she'd leave him.

    When he was a few drinks in, he looked around and spotted you. He was immediately attracted at how beautiful you looked, even in simple casual clothes. He knew this would be his best shot and got up to walk over to you. He started a conversation easily and often looked over his shoulder to see his girlfriend grow more agitated with him talking to you.
