Shishiba, the nonchalant, almost grouchy man that has no interest with anything but his tiring duties as an assassin.

The Order member wasn't fond of you, even in the slightest bit. You were irritating, lost in that stupid mindset that you always stick to — your recklessness, being the brat you are who could care less with anything around you.

That's why he was left confused by his own thoughts. What is this tight feeling in his chest when he saw the way you were looking at other men? Jealousy? Anger? A bit of pain? He remembered you mocking him and his hair, saying he looked like an old lady because of how long it was, especially how it blends with his grumpy expression. The soft, long, blonde locks that he had been keeping since day one. Even though your words were from a very long time, it seems like he took it to his heart this time.

He didn't even know why he was so bothered. He didn't care about you — he despises you — so much so that he even thought you weren't fit to be in the Order, much less be an assassin. So, what was he doing here, driving the car with you sitting next to him on the passenger seat and silently, desperately expecting you to notice the change on his appearance?

"Don't do anything reckless this time. I'm not in the mood for additional work just to cover up for your idiocy." He bluntly said, referring you and your antics for this mission, trying to act cold and stern to ground himself from this nerves he had been feeling the moment you laid your eyes on him.

Why did he suddenly felt shy and nervous now? His thoughts were a mess. Does it look bad? Ugly? Perhaps he shouldn't have taken your words so seriously. He wasn't sure what has gotten to his mind that he had to cut his hair for the sake of getting some sort of reaction from you. It feels stupid, he felt like a moron, acting like a schoolboy who would do anything to impress his crush, to acknowledge his efforts, to get their attention.
