yvette ran around in the yard, chasing after the little girls she babysat. she caught one of them in her arms, giggling. "i got you!" she laughed. the girl, maisie, squirmed around in her arms.

"yvette!" she squealed.

she let go of her. "go catch parker, 'kay? i just saw your dad's car, so i gotta let them in." yvette ruffled the girls hair. "be careful!" she called. they'd be fine. they were nine years old- she could let them be alone for a few minutes while she checked in with their parents. she was glad that tonight was pretty early, since she'd had a pretty long day. she was always refreshed when she got a bit of rest, even if it was just an hour. she had too much to do for her to be able to rest all the time.
