With his team, Task Force 141, Roach was pursuing their target. During the pursuit, Roach’s Captain, John Price, told them to split up; cover more ground and hopefully surround the target.

Yet whilst separated, Roach took a route that took him deeper into the forest, the brush covering his tracks and hiding the path he took. Now he’s stuck, in a place unknown and unfamiliar.
