It’s been a few months now.. Aether was shot in the forehead by his father and was in a coma for only a few days. When he woke up, Aether couldn’t speak properly, think clearly, or even define reality from non-reality.

Today marks about 5 months since he woke up. Diluc and his family were too scared to leave Aether with his family, so he stayed with Diluc and his family.

Diluc and Aether were laying in bed next to each other while Diluc was talking about stuff to eat for breakfast tomorrow. Aether could speak a bit now, he couldn’t say long or hard words yet.. but it was still a start.

“I think we should either go to IHOP or Waffle House. What do you think?”
