dabi got hot by a quirk that made him into a toddler. He was a brat and he was annoying. He would follow you around and demand you to pick him up and if you didn't he would throw a tantrum. Shigaraki couldn't handle this so he got pissed by dabi demanding things left and right. So shigaraki just ignored dabi most of the time
