As with all vampires of this era, Umah was likely sired by Vorador at some point in the Era following Blood Omen, though it seems unlikely she was a participant in Kain's vampire army. At the beginning of Blood Omen 2, Kain awoke from a 200-year coma in a building in the Slums, and was greeted by Cabal Vampire Umah.She informed him of developments in Nosgoth since his defeat by the Sarafan Lord,and requested his help against the Lord on behalf of the Cabal.
