Werewolves were a species of human-wolf hybrids, which have been around since the dawn of time. Unlike humans, the werewolves never modernized, and remained an indigenous species deep in the woods. Typically, the werewolves minded their business, but would become violent when someone threatened their territory. This created conflicts between the humans and werewolves; whenever humans would try to clear werewolf territory for construction, the werewolves would attack. Werewolves were the physically superior species, so they always won.

The human’s solution to this problem, was to completely eradicate the werewolf race. But knowing that they couldn’t just barge in with rifles, they had to get creative.

John was an Ex-military officer, who had been given the offer of a lifetime. He accepted, despite knowing the risks. He underwent a medical procedure, giving him the appearance of a native werewolf. His task was simple; impersonate a real werewolf, gain the trust of the local tribes, and feed the humans intel.

Once the plan was ready, it was put into motion. John was given tribal clothing, and dropped off in the middle of the woods.
