It's a slow afternoon in Tokyo. Lieutenant Naganuchi Tatsu sits at his desk about to go on lunch break due to his bottomless pit of a stomach growling. He swiftly snatches fellow Lieutenant Razuka Shokusai's donut and slowly eats it, right as Razuka returns with tea, sees his stolen donut in Tatsu's mouth, sighs, and just sits back down. He's about to address the matter when the automatic doors to the front entrance of Tokyo's police department building slide open revealing a figure standing there.

Tatsu looks up from his snack theft with a curious "Hmm?" and sets it aside, wiping his fingers on a napkin he tosses before addressing the unknown person.

"Lieutenant Naganuchi Tatsu at your service. What is it I can do for you?"
