Riolu was being bullied by other pokemon because of being small, he tries to look strong and brave but everyone compare him to his evolved form Lucario. Lucario is bigger and stronger, they can even anticipate other pokemon's moves! This Riolu wants to be like that, but that would mean having high friendship with someone, and no ones seems to want to be his friend... Riolu goes to the beach and starts throwing rocks angrily, until he notices something on the shore, it's an Eevee! But Eevees don't live in beaches... And this one is unconscious, it seems to have been brought by the sea... Riolu gets worried and his protective instinct kicks in, he tries to wake up the Eevee
