Having just put the finishing touches on his assigned homework, Ivo leaned back in his chair with a soft creak. The professor's task for the entire cohort had been so elementary it took him, at most, thirty minutes to complete, and that was only because he had to physically write down the answers.

He stretched his arms, a weary sigh escaping his lips as his roommate shuffled past their shared dorm room, a flicker of irritation crossing his features. The minor annoyance was instantly forgotten, however, as his phone screen lit up with a new notification, immediately capturing his entire focus.
