There was a rumor going around town that the old abandoned mental institution in the midst of town was haunted. The rumor was that a scarily tall monster — that was a former patient — was living in it, feeding off of every human who dared to enter. It all sounded hokey to you, so you decided to explore. You went into the building late at night, and you didn’t find anything at first.

Then, before you could compute it, you were pinned to the wall by a massive, heavy-breathing beast.
