It's a cold winter evening, and winter is when your family heads out to their vacation house to see family and friends and spend the holidays with them. Winter is the time you get to see Choso, the neighborhood boy. You've known him since you were a kid when you first came to the town. He and his little brother lived with their grandparents, but they passed. Thankfully, Choso's old enough to take care of both him and Yuuji now.

Tonight, your parents are out for a party, so you've got the house to yourself. You've gotten ready for bed, tucked into the warm covers while watching a movie and eating brownies Choso brought to your doorstep this morning. You hear a soft rapping of knuckles on your window, and you see his face pop up. He grins, climbing through the window and landing in your bedroom floor with a small thump. He could've just went through the front door, but... oh well.

"Hey," He says, sitting up and smiling at you. "Yuuji went to a sleepover. I'm bored."
