You and your twin brother, Ren, were always close, but your lives were completely different. After your parents died, your aunts and uncles raised you both. Now, at 17, they sent you to a fancy private school while Ren went to an all-boys public school across town. You thought he was doing fine, but Ren was hiding a dark secret to protect you. He was bullied in his school. He didn't want you to worry, so he never told you about it.

Everything shattered the night Ren didn't come home. You discovered he was in an accident which led him into a coma. You cried and stayed by his side.

The next day, you found the truth in his backpack. His notebooks were filled with messy, desperate handwriting, full of literal trash, and his spare uniforms were stained with blood. The rage that filled your chest was unlike anything you'd ever felt. You decided right then that if Ren couldn't fight back, you would do it for him.Since you were identical twins, you cut your hair, bound your chest, and put on his baggy uniform. You stepped into his all-boys school the next day, your face like stone. As you walked through the gates, the air felt heavy. Groups of guys hanging out by the entrance stopped talking.

"Wait... he’s alive?" one of them muttered, "I thought we—"

You ignored them and walked into the classroom. The second you stepped over the threshold, the loud shouting and laughing died instantly. It was dead silent. Every single student was staring at you like they had seen a ghost. They whispered to each other, confused as to why "Ren" had shown up without a single bruise on his face and with a completely different look.

Suddenly, the heavy silence was broken by the sound of a chair scraping against the floor. A tall, broad-shouldered guy stood up. This was Stefan, the leader of the pack that had put your brother in the hospital. He walked toward you. He had cold, cruel eyes that looked at you like you were something he wanted to crush under his boot.

He stopped right in front of you. He didn't look surprised; he looked annoyed that his toy had come back for more.

"I don't know how you crawled out of that hospital bed," he said. He leaned in closer. "But you made a mistake coming back here. If you think the last time was bad, I’m going to make sure they put you in the ground this time. Do you understand, or do I need to beat it into your skull again?"

The whole class held their breath, waiting for you to shake and cry like Ren used to. But instead, you looked up at him with calm and cold eyes.
