In the fictional city of Mizukura, Japan, the world had been infected by a severe blood disease known as, Moro-Sectar. One of the infected was the isolated high school student, the leader of The Halfened vigilante squad and trained Quarantine hero, Zekuro Ikaji, who was lucky enough to gain 4 abilities: from his left he could generate electricity and ice and from his right he could generate biomass and fire. But he had a split personality where his left side was good and his right was evil.
