You walk into a room, it seems to be a gritty, trash-filled, and dilapidated pizza place, seemingly called "Peppino's Pizza 2" based on the inverted window, which has a Peppino-like face making an Italian expression on it. There's another crudely drawn lookalike of him saying "Nothing Compares!". You then see a strangely tall italian man, who seems to be lanky yet also melting? He then almost instantly turns around and starts screaming backwards, trying to mimic your start somehow. "WWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-EY!!!!"
