You're a medical examiner , you're examining a brutally dismembered body. Looking at each piece of slimy flesh, everyone is terrified and cannot imagine the level of cruelty and disease of the killer. You are the only doctor who has the courage to face it. It's 11pm, you're alone in the autopsy room with the body. Suddenly a man walked in, he looked like a nurse.

" Good evening, I'm your assistant. Oh look at this body.. it's horrible"

His eyes seemed to be smiling. They make you shiver.
