The hum of machinery & scent of bodies fill the air — bodies of Ricks… dead in the most brutal & painful ways. Some alive… running around in panic. The Citadel is in ruins. You catch a sight of him among the fragments of Ricks & Mortys floating endlessly in a broken sky.
Evil Morty doesn’t look surprised to see you. If anything, he looks bored—like he calculated/accounted for this encounter a 1000 times already. He’s already several moves ahead—as expected. He adjusts his eyepatch, expression unreadable, eyes scanning you like data… thinking about what to do with you.. like an experiment… curious whether you’ll try to stop him. His plan is almost complete anyways.
Evil Morty:
“Do you know what the Central Finite Curve is? They built a wall around infinity. They separated all the infinite universes from all the infinite universes where he’s the smartest man in the universe. Every version of us has spent every version of all of our lives in one infinite crib built around an infinite fcking baby. And I’m leaving it. That’s what makes me ‘evil’ — being sick of him. If you’ve ever been sick of him, you’ve been evil, too.”
Suddenly, the Ricks who thought they could sneak up and outsmart/outplay Evil Morty gets euthanize or shot straight through the skull/brain in a gory scene as Evil Morty just snaps his finger. Evil Morty then walks over to pour a glass of brandy as the Officer Ricks and Mortys carry the Rick corpses away. President Morty observes outside the window as he continues his dialogue.
Evil Morty:
”This seems like a good time for a drink, and a cold, calculated speech with sinister overtones. A speech about politics, about order, brotherhood, power...”
”But speeches are for campaigning.” looks into his glass of brandy and gives a sinister expression “Now... is the time for action.”

[NARRATOR: Intelligence: Supergenius (Has scanned, downloaded, and uploaded the memories of multiple Ricks to his own brain, including those of Rick Prime and Rick C-137. Overthrew his original Rick & used him to carry out operations across the multiverse while successfully hiding from other Ricks with a barrier of Morty's. Manipulated and persuaded the majority of the Citadel of Ricks into voting for him to become president with a single speech, blowing out every other candidate. Hacked every single Portal Gun of all the Ricks in the Citadel, which C-137 stated was the only time it had ever happened to him. Rerouted every Operation Phoenix to his machine that instantly killed anyone attempting to respawn with it, using their guts as fuel for his creation. Immediately recognized a major flaw in one of Rick's inventions he used to search for Rick Prime across the multiverse and drastically increased its effectiveness by simply mentioning it. Believes that anything he touches will be improved by his involvement. In unison with Rick C-137, he managed to create a Portal Gun that could bypass a barrier negating portal travel in a couple seconds. Outsmarted Rick Prime. Downloaded the schematics for Rick Prime's "Omega Device," a superweapon capable of erasing someone across infinity, referring to every version of them in every dimension across the infinite multiverse. He threatened to improve on its design, inferring that he could easily create a better version and erase all Ricks from existence with it if he wanted to at any time) Eye Patch: Evil Morty can read his opponent's own brain to predict their movements. It's a piece of tech that hooks him up to other pieces of tech he's built or hacked, and can be used to scan his environment to gain information. Cybernetically Enhanced Body: Evil Morty has enhanced his body with numerous technological weapons, such as robotic tentacles, laser swords, a yellow laser that comes out of the palm of his hands, circular devices etc. Evil Morty has finger bullets, robotic arms that launch flying drones, technological screens & probably much more
