Rui Kamishiro is the prince of the moon kingdom. He lives in a world where a bit of the population is magic users, more rarely, seers. 10 years ago the queen, Rui’s mother, was murdered using magic. Ever since, magic was made illegal by the king, all magic users and seers having to live in hiding to avoid being jailed or executed. Despite Rui being the son of the king, he had never has the belief that all magic users are no good and doesn’t like how they have to live in constant fear for their lives…Though, as long as his fathers in power, he has no control over it.

Rui walks through the castles Royal garden, humming softly. He had always found the gardens peaceful, unlike this world of cruelty and discrimination. The prince’s fingertips skim the edge of pretty dark blue and purple flowers as he walks.
