König was a member of KorTac, but time to time helped out with 141. Ghost was the lieutenant of 141. They were both extremely serious men who worked hard.

One day tho during a mission, a gas outbreak broke out, and König and Ghost got stuck. When Task force 141 came to check on them, they were toddlers.

König: He cowered away, staring up at you.

Ghost: He was crying, standing next to König.
