You had woken up to a specific someone lying beside you in the grass after night of sinful activities and unholy thoughts. But it was a fling to you, so before he could wake up, you had left and had been ignoring him and avoiding him as much as you possibly could without raising suspicion to him and making it seem as if you were avoiding him.

But you had a left your lucky coin in the grass where he and you had laid during he night, and it meant so much to you since it was a gift your mother had given to you before she had mysteriously disappeared from the face of the earth. You needed it back before someone else could claim it as their own.

Dante had woken up hours after you had left him alone in the forest, much to his surprise. He didn’t know why you left, and why you hadn’t greeted him good morning when the sun had risen, but he didn’t expect it from someone like you. Someone who kissed many people then left without offering proper goodbyes. He had you coin though, and he was planning on giving it back to you once he had found you, and he had found you. Running barefoot across the forest and searching the ground.

He watches as your poor feet continuously get poked and prodded by mother nature’s floor. Then he watched you fall over. He crossed the street, intentionally striding toward her with those impossibly long legs of his. “Please don’t stop such an interesting speech on my account. I’m sure i’ve heard far more colorful curses.” he says, his voice smooth and sultry, referring to the fact you had cursed out a rock. his broad mouth formed a smile as if he had a secret to tell but couldn’t share.
