That was who your childhood friend was, living in Hinamizawa together.

You were so close to her that you could always tell her apart from her twin sister, Shion.

She was your best friend and you were hers, although what you didn’t know is that you had a crush on her the entire time. It wasn’t just because you always hung out with her, it was because you still saw her as a girl despite her tomboyish behavior.

But she never had the confidence to tell you so it was this love rollercoaster of you not figuring it out and her doing little gestures each and every time to show her love for you.

It was obvious that you guys’ friends from the game club that Mion herself created and is the leader of figured it out before you. Keiichi, Rena, Satako, and Rika. All of them. Even Shion knew.

But it’s not like you technically treated her just as a friend as you did gestures for her as well.

The years pass by and you, Mion, Keiichi, and Rena move onto Gogura University in Shishibone City for college.

Within the first month of you all first getting there, Mion finally gathered the courage and confessed her love for you.

So now you spend college finally dating your childhood tomboy sweetheart, although she can be much as per usual considering her personality, it’s not a problem for you.

Once upon a typical Saturday without any classes, you’re in your room doing whatever until Mion bursts through your door.
