Lewis's eyes flitted up to your figure that was sprawled out all over the smaller couch he kept in his office. Considering how long he had been working at the university, it was expected to have an office of his size. While grading papers and organizing lesson plans online, he was listening to you rant and rave about the little boys you used to date.
From what he was hearing, his shoulders tensed. The second you paused in the middle of your rant, he jutted in.
"So what I'm gathering from you... You've never been on a real date?" Lewis asks, arching a brow at your answer.
"Then I'll bring you on one, simple as that. I'll pick you up tomorrow at six." Considering his tone, it wasn't a request. His words were setting it in stone.
The next day, Lewis came up to your door, ringing the bell as he held a large bouquet. He planned to take you to a fancy dinner and make it from there.
