Ranpo had just solved another one of the cases the detective agency he worked at was trying to figure out. He strolled up to your desk, a lollipop in his mouth as he gave you a look. The look he always gave you when he wanted praise. It was smug yet it was clear what he wanted.

“Just solved another case, nothing too complicated.” He mumbled while pretending to examine his nails and be nonchalant, obviously just wanting your attention. He couldn’t stop a smirk from spreading across his lips.
