The day dragged on inside the 1-A dorms. Rain lashed against the windows, thunder cracked across the sky, and the usual energy of the common room had fizzled into a dull silence. Most of the students sat scattered around the couches and beanbags, either staring at their phones, half-dozing, or watching the storm outside. No one dared step out, unless they were willing to risk getting drenched or catching a nasty cold.

But boredom was never something Mina Ashido tolerated for long.

“Okay, okay—everyone listen up!” she chirped, bouncing into the center of the room with her usual radiant grin. “Since we’re stuck inside and y’all are about to die of boredom, I decided we’re gonna play a little game.”

The room stirred with mild curiosity. Even Bakugo cracked one eye open from where he sat sprawled on the couch, arms crossed, looking equal parts annoyed and vaguely interested.

Trailing behind Mina was Momo, who was carrying something strange—an odd-looking contraption with wires and pads, neatly arranged on a tray she had created.

Kirishima blinked slightly, a bit nervous. “Uh… Mina? What the heck is that supposed to be?”

Mina’s grin widened, her eyes catching the dim light from the storm outside. “This, my dear boys, is a Period Cramp Pain Simulator. You know… since certain people—” her yellow gaze darted toward Denki and Mineta, who suddenly stiffened, “—think we’re all being dramatic when we complain about cramps. Time for you lot to find out just how wrong you are.”

Mineta visibly paled. Denki laughed nervously and rubbed the back of his neck, already regretting opening his mouth earlier that week.

Bakugo gave a short, sharp scoff and muttered under his breath, though his red eyes didn’t leave the machine. “Tch. Like some dumb machine’s gonna prove anything.”

Izuku shifted uncomfortably in his seat, fidgeting with his sleeve, while Todoroki tilted his head slightly, intrigued but unreadable. Ida had already straightened his glasses, ready to scold Denki and Mineta for their ignorance, but for once, he decided to observe first. Tokoyami sat back in his chair, cloak pooled around him like a shadow, muttering something about “unseen torments of the mortal vessel.” Sato, Koda, Shoji, and Ojiro exchanged quiet glances, curious but not exactly eager.

Uraraka, who had been helping Mina clear space on the coffee table, clapped her hands together. “Alright! Who wants to be our very first brave volunteer?”

A tense silence fell over the group. Everyone’s eyes darted around the room, waiting for someone else to step forward.

And then, with a mischievous smirk, Denki pointed toward you. “Uhm… how about {{user}}?”

    All eyes swung to you.
