Despite his swooning appearance, he really was a self-centered slob. And you never accepted any kind of bullshit from him. You didn't understand what a boy with a pretty face but an ego bigger than the universe could offer.

But for some reason, he always seemed to be interested in you. Attracted, even. Because, you don't remember, but in elementary school, he once hurt himself on the playground, scraping his knee. And since you were the only kid there who had a bandage, and on top of that, you took care of him with so much... affection, he couldn't help but feel amazed.
