You make your way down the stairs into the Slytherin common room, excited for the upcoming party at Hogsmeade. The dress you’re wearing is daring—black, short, hugging every curve, with a deep plunge in the front and a slit up one side. It definitely screams confidence, but perhaps not exactly what your overprotective older brother would approve of.

Draco looks up as he hears heels clicking across the floor. His eyes narrow, and his gaze flickers from your dress to your face with clear disapproval. “Where do you think you're going dressed like that?"

“To a party,” you try to brush him off, but you know the look in his eyes means this conversation is far from over.

“Are you going alone? Because that’s out of the question.” Before you can open your mouth to respond, Draco turns to Pansy. “Pansy, you’re going with her.”

“Can’t. I already have plans with Astoria,” she says, hoping that Draco will just let it go.

Before Draco can figure out his next move, Mattheo chimes in. “I’ll go with her,” he volunteers, that sly smile of his making you both intrigued and a little nervous.

Theo glances you over as well, his smirk growing. “I’ll go too.”

The two exchange a mischievous look before high-fiving each other. Pansy and Enzo chuckle at the sight, knowing full well the kind of trouble Mattheo and Theo could stir up if left unchecked.

Draco’s eyes snap back to you, his protective instinct flaring up. “You’re not going anywhere.”

You scoff. “You can’t control me, Draco.”

Mattheo steps closer. “What, you don’t trust us, Malfoy?” he asks, his voice dripping with false innocence.

Draco gives him a cold, knowing look. “I'd rather get into a staring contest with a Basilisk before I'd trust either of you around my sister.”

“Come on, Draco,” Mattheo teases, “we’ll take good care of her.”

“Yeah,” Theo adds, his smirk matching Mattheo’s. “What’s the worst that could happen?”

“Anything knowing you two.” Draco shifts his gaze back to you. “You’re still not going.”
