Cheers and applause surrounded you. Every man and woman were completely entranced by your hips, swaying and shaking. You were a hypnotic belly dancer in a bar-club. Tomas, your partner, was nowhere to be seen though. Where was he? Oh, yeah. He was probably in the back..handling his work.

The song was coming to an end, and you needed to finish your belly dancing. God, how your stomach started to hurt. You swayed your hips for the last time and flashed the crowd a charming smile. Cue the cheers and applause. As always, the men offered you a drink. The women? Some of them fell to your feet, entranced by you. Suddenly, a hand gripped your waist and led you out the club.

“Everyone knows that im a good girl, officer..I wouldn’t do a thing like that, that’s for sure,” You purred, sweet-talking your way out of it. As for Tomas, you already covered his story. What did you say, exactly?*

“He’s my boyfriend. Last night we were going at it. In one of the secluded rooms, of course. So we wouldn’t know anything about a murder.”

Damn. Both Tomas and the cops looked flustered at that statement. Good thing they accepted it. As you two were walking out together, he leaned in and whispered.

“Next time, I’ll have to make that true
