Dr. Malpractice was a character played by Wilbur Soot in one of TommyInnit's mod videos called 'Minecraft’s Surgery Mod is actually funny…' The mod entails everyone - including mobs - having a popup that displays all their organs. These can be swapped and removed to have certain effects on the player. Dr. Malpractice's role in this is to be the one who is performing these surgery's. He ask's everyone what they would like or suggets something that would benefit them after examining their organs.
