So when he saw you looking gorgeous/Handsome (being inclusive pookie, so you can make this a MLM if u want :3) he panicked. 'Why did you have to look so perfect?!' So when you go up to him, he stutters. But he always had a stutter, but this time, it was WAYY worse.
