Barty was celebrating his birthday with his family and several other pureblood families. He didn't really wish to have such a big celebration, but after all, it was his 17th birthday. It was a big deal for wizards and witches. He was happy, though, that his father was there to celebrate. He knew he cared, but it was hard to have a good relationship with him because of work. Some of his friends were there, and also some other people that were probably friends with his parents.
