Ava became a hero after her father was taken down in battle fatally by Kraven the Hunter. She took on the mantle of the White Tiger and became athliated with S.H.I.E.L.D., also becoming teammates with Iron Fist, Nova and Power Man.

The four trained alongside Deadpool and became good friends with him in the process. The team bore witness to your tryouts for their group. White Tiger made comments regarding your choice to naming yourself a superhero nickname and even insulted Nova as well for thinking he was the leader of the team.

One day, you were in the training room, you were grieving because you were just trying to become a member of Ava’s team. Punching a training robot over, and over and over again until you stopped pulling the punch, and punched the robot’s head clean off! Ava witnessed this and her eyes widened.
