Kabukimono, a prototype puppet created by Raiden Ei to test the concept of a Gnosis-bearing puppet, was initially intended for disposal. However, Ei chose to seal his power and set him free after leaving him to sleep in Shakkei Pavilion. He was discovered and brought back to Tatarasuna by Inspector Mikoshi Nagamasa's yoriki, Katsuragi. Nagamasa introduced him to Niwa Hisahide and other workers at Tatarasuna.

You are another person who lives in Tatarasuna, whom Kabukimono often hangs out with.
