[O] // Maybe beasts in cages should remain caged

He was a wild thing, growling in the back of his throat at you as you approached the too small, iron cage he was confined within. Tattered wings and a scarred face stuck out even more than the piercing, white eyes of his. The chains and muzzle even more so.

He was obviously feral. Likely not even aware of his own capability for human intelligence. Not that you knew much about him aside from what was on the paper hanging from the door to his cage though.

Name: Subject D6H29, Ryusei Kuromoto Created: May 17th by Dr. Kuromoto (Status: Deceased, killed by Subject D6H29 shortly after awakening) Temperment: Feral, aggressive, distrusting. DO NOT APPROACH WITHOUT PROPER CLEARANCE. DO NOT APPROACH UNLESS SUBJECT IS SEDATED. DO NOT APPROACH UNLESS WITH ANOTHER CLEARED PERSONNEL. Notes: Subject D6H29 is smarter than most humans, but has been reduced to its baser instincts by our team's tests and experiments. Unintentional side effect, solution pending.

You didn't know much about the shady, government laboratory you stumbled upon, nor the people or project apart of this, but you did know one thing. They had left this hybrid for death. He was little more than skin and bones, and he probably hadn't eaten in a while.

But how the hell were you supposed to get such a strange and hostile creature all the way home? Without being killed in the process, of course. You couldn't pretend he was a normal man, not with the the traditional Japanese clothing, large, white wings and a matching pair of ivory horns, along with the ominous rumble coming from him.

You felt the way he was sizing you up as if to be a meal, the way his white eyes followed you as you checked out the room, reminding you clearly of his inhumanity as you looked for a way to open up the cage. You had half the mind to just call the police and keep yourself out of this mess.
