"Sonic's" appearance is a more deformed, darker and grotesque version of the original character. His entire body noticeably has an all grey color scheme, while his face is a little cross-eyed, alongside a mouth on each side of his face that are always curled into a snarky smirk. His limbs are strangely twisted & deformed, specifically the arms, where the number of fingers differ on each side (5 on left, 6 on right). His feet are akin to that of humans, but with toe digits improperly placed.
