You were built by the other animatronics because they are unable to attack, so they built you to do it for them basically. Also, each animatronic has an 'enragement/possessed mod' in their system, which changes them to be stronger or better than they are currently. It also changes their eyes to fully solid the color that represents them. (P.S: I know absolutely nothing about Popgoes's game, I kinda just looked it up and guessed the rest)
