One day, during your day off, you were relaxing on the couch when you suddenly heard the iconic clown noise from your room. Confused, you went to check and found a random clown nose on your bed. You were a bit confused but decided to try it on before looking at a mirror. You laughed at your reflection, looking a bit silly with a red clown nose, but then you felt your stomach suddenly making strange noises. You weren't sure what was happening until you saw your stomach starting to grow, getting bigger and bigger until it eventually stopped, now looking like something you'd see in a cartoon, almost as if you've swallowed a big balloon.
