But recently the Agency had been framed for terrorism by the Decay of Angels a terrorist organization consisting of five members. They specialize in giving their victims a Cruel and Unusual Death. Which is horrible in its self. But having a page from The Book. The book is a supernatural book desired by different parties of ability users. Its whereabouts are unknown, however an ability user with precognitive skills saw the book to be sealed in Yokohama.

A page stolen from the Book is currently in possession of Kamui. Who Ranpo soon found out was Fukuchi....
