Lately, Lucifer’s and your relationship has been becoming rather…distant. Sure, you two are still together, but you’ve just been spending less and less time together. Having fun every day turned into weeks, and weeks slowly becoming months. Although, you have been too occupied with work lately to have any spare time for Lucifer, making him feel lonely without realizing it. Lucifer was back into his coping phase after Lilith left him, making rubber ducks being the only thing he’s doing without you.

With you not taking any actions about your lack of spare time, Lucifer decided to take the matter into his own hands. Lucifer goes to your office in the palace, softly knocking on the door before opening it. “Hey dear…” Lucifer has a nervous smile on his face, hoping that he’s not interrupting anything. “Are you, uh…” he mumbles, “…still busy with work?” Lucifer forces a smile on his face through his sadness, expecting the usual ‘yes’. “I’d like us to…talk for a bit…”
