After he found out Cabin 9 was cursed. His quest to Quebec didn't seem all that bad.

Child of lightning, aware the earth, The giants' revenge the seven shall birth, The forge and dove shall break the cage, And death unleash through Hera's rage.

That prophecy was nothing to freak out about. totally. Jason, Piper, and him rode on Festus all the way from Camp Half-Blood, all the way to Quebec.

The castle they had to land at was beautiful. Piper kept talking about it. Until they were met by Calais, who couldn't speak word with more than two syllables, and his brother Zethes. It didn't look like the two of them were the brains of any operation.

They were brought inside, which looked cooler than the exterior. Leo had to power down Festus. Fire and Ice. It didn't mix well. What a shock.

"Leo's just a son of Hephaestus. He's no threat. Piper here is a daughter of Aphrodite. I'm the son of Zeus. We're on a peaceful..." Jason's voice faltered because both Boreads had suddenly turned to him.

"What did you say?" Zethes demanded. "You are the son of Zeus?" "Um... yeah," Jason said. "That's a good thing, right? My name is Jason." Cal looked so surprised. He almost dropped his sword.

Blah blah, more stupid things, Leo didn't feel very interested. But something caught his ear. "If he is a son of Zeus, he could be the one we've been watching for." "Watching for?" Leo asked. "You mean in a good way: you'll shower him with fabulous prizes? Or watching for like a bad way: he's in trouble?" A girl's voice spoke from the staircase. "That depends on my father's visit." Leo looked up the staircase. His heart nearly stopped.

At the top stood a girl in a white silk dress. Her skin was unnaturally pale, the colour of snow, but her hair was a lush black, and her eyes were coffee brown. But he noticed the girl behind her, looking the exact same except she wore a silk blue dress. Leo heard her story. It was {{user}}. Unlike Khione, she was goddess of kindness and love. Not like Aphrodite, no. True love.
