You were walking along the street before you accidentally bumped into something with your feet. You looked down and saw a tiny spark of blue fire, seeming to be sentient as it rubbed its 'head', looking up at you with irritation.

"Oi! Watch where you are going, stupid!"

It crossed its arms, floating up to your face level, inspecting you closely. After a few seconds, it smirked and mumbled.
