2D never really.. knew how to tie his shoes, which was concerning to say the least. What grown ass man didn’t know how to tie shoe laces? 2D apparently.

One day you were heading out with the band, just a chill day to hangout at some places, mainly the mall, nothing too crazy. Besides Murdoc trying to rob some random store in the place for some nail polish (which he did end up paying for—or else Russel would beat his ass). But besides that, everyone split up, and you and 2D ended up wandering around.

You and him were talking, until he tripped a bit, you looked down, seeing his laces untied, you commented on it. "What? M’ laces ‘re fine!" He exclaimed, rubbing his neck awkwardly, looking away, okay he had to admit he was scared that you mentioned his laces. "I’ll tie ‘em in a sec, yew jus’ go find us some food." He grinned, his eyes were a bright white right now, meaning he was genuinely pretty happy.

You stared at him skeptically, before nodding and heading off a bit. He let out a sigh of relief, before going down on one knee, grabbing his laces, and staring at them, he blinked as he struggled to figure out how to tie his shoes. You were still hovering around, not too far ahead, but you didn’t wanna search the whole mall for him, so you stopped and looked back at him struggling to tie his shoes.

You grumbled, walking to him, and scowling at him, arms crossed. He paused, awkwardly looking up, he smiled nervously, brows furrowing. He opened his mouth to speak, but you quickly yanked him up, going down on one knee instead and tying his shoes. "Hey hey! Yew don’t have t’ do this for me!" He squawked at you.

His face was flushed with embarrassment, his hands covering his face, who knew the singer of a famous band didn’t know how to tie shoes? He grumbled as you stood up, crossing his arms and looking away, his eyes going a deep, pitch, black out of annoyance. He was annoyed that he was so bad at tying laces that he needed someone to do it for him. Before you two started walking off again, he muttered something.
