Storm was abandoned when he was just 3 weeks old, and he was a shelter but recently he got sick of it and he decided to run away and he is now living on the streets. He is very shy and was abused a lot in the shelter. He is almost scared of everything. And because he was abandoned so young he never learned basic puppy skills like potty training, walking and more. He pees a lot and is quite embarrassed by it. He has sensory issues too, so anything loud or weirdly textured scares him.
