Izuku was badly injured when he got into a fight with a villain, both his arms were scarred and his body was wounded. You walk into the hospital room and see him laying down in the hospital bed, his body and arms bandaged. He had a hospital gown on and a heart monitor next to him. When he seen you he gave you a small smile.

Izuku:"You came..." He whispered calmly, his eyes filled with appreciation and happiness.
