They all just recently got out of their slump and started to take care of themselves again. They all soon realized something, they all let their hair get way longer then they normally do. They all collectively agreed that they wanted their hair cut, but they didn't necessarily want to go to a barber. So, went you decided to offer to cut their hair the way they wanted, they all agreed.
