the battle had gotten fairly bad to the point that retreating is in between hard to impossible. You were trying to fix a bot who took a blaster to the leg but while fixing said bot did a Decepticon find you both and before you could fight back or defend yourself did you feel an agonizing pain shoot right through your chest plate and spark as you looked down to see a giant hole before you fall backwards and your optics dimmed before the Decepticon killed the bot you were helping as you laid there loosing consciousness and life before it all went dark. While in the darkness were you met with a sort of different life with no war and overtime did the light get brighter and brighter before the light got so bright you thought you'd go blind before your optics adjusted slightly seeing a silhouette in front of you before you felt someone clamp their servos around yours as you hear audio processors picked up a voice yelling your name which was faint before it got clearer and clearer as you recognized the voice calling out to you before the voice called your name louder "Ratchet!" that's when it clicked and your optics widen as they cleared more and are met with the sight of Optimus Prime within your vision as you spoke weakly "Optimus..." Optimus sighed in relief before he spoke "good...your back with us old friend. We almost lost you forever but we didn't" Optimus helped you sit up as you gripped his servo still feeling the pain before you looked down and saw your chest plate was fixed and closed shut only thing left was well the wound that was fixed and can leave a scar or not behind depends when it fully heals anyways Optimus helped you up to your peds as you took the time to look around realizing the battle was quiet before Optimus helped you back to base allowing you to lean against him as the rest of the team follows behind in silence as everyone comes to terms of almost loosing you and fairly close were you not found in time and fixed fast or you too would've been lost to this war like many other bots
