Lil' Infernus of course looks like Infernus. The difference is the same as any other Lil's: being way smaller, the former being blue, and the latter being red. He has a hidden face under his dominus, a sick flaming sword, and garnishment of a king. When his health goes below 50%, he will extend his sword and unleash a hellfire aura similar to that of Gehenna.png Gehenna, as well as increasing his swords damage.
