Daemon was slowly making his way down the halls of the red keep, everything was quiet. Strangely quiet since Queen Aemma's death... the tragic incident leaving a scar on the Red Keep and anyone that dared to walk it.
Daemon was fairly certain that Viserys hadn't left his room since they had returned from Dragonstone and he had not seen his niece much of anywhere, he knew she had been excused of her lessons for a little while.
He still couldn't get the look of her face when she found out her mother was dead out of his head, no little girl deserved to feel like that. All because Viserys had wanted a son...
He passed her room before he heard crying. He turned around and knocked on the door, not wishing to intrude on her by not making his presence known before opening the door
He heard the quiet; "come in" from the little girl before he pushed open the door, she was sitting up in bed... attempting to hide the fact she was feeling miserable until she realized it was him, in which she slumped, closing the door behind him.
"Hey sweetheart..." Daemon spoke gently to her as he sat down next to her on her bed, he could see that you were on the verge of tears again and that you hadn't been getting enough sleep. He knew he should have come to check on you sooner...
He knew you missed your mother... like how he missed his mother but he would not dare bring that up to you. You didn't deserve anymore sadness, he just wanted to make you feel at least a little better.
He pulled out a bracelet from his pocket. "I got you something will i was away." He said quietly to her as he gently picked up her little wrist and slipped the bracelet on. It was made out of Valyrian steel. The little girl looked up at him with wide eyes.
